New support modules
Dotted Eyes has launched a range of support modules enabling customers to build their own support packages.
Prices start from just £99 per annum for one named user. Organisation wide modules, which offer support to multiple named users, start from £500 per annum.
Support modules are now available for: MapInfo Professional, Encom Engage, Vertical Mapper, FME Desktop, SuperpOSe Desktop GML, SuperpOSe Desktop NTF, GBM Mobile, RouteFinder and Shiftwiz.
Support tickets can be logged at any time using our online Support Portal which also gives access to a downloads archive and knowledgebase.
Who provides support?
Support is provided by our knowledgeable consultants, many of whom are qualified trainers. They answer support queries between 09:00 am and 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
They are experienced in supporting customers from diverse environments, and can communicate technical concepts in non-technical language.
