Contractor Portal
Contractor Portal simplifies, automates and integrates the sharing of data with contractors, partners and staff, allowing local government organisations to meet the new imperatives to share data across a broadening number of partners to deliver on changing local government and related NHS reforms.
It enables users to access an organisation's own data, and third party data, such as that licensed under Collective Purchase Agreements, from Ordnance Survey and other data suppliers. By providing access on demand to data, users are empowered to make better, more locally relevant decisions.
Local authorities carry a significant workload when distributing datasets including preparation and completion of paperwork, selection and processing of datasets, timely distribution of the completed data cutouts and compliance with strict contractual terms.
Contractor Portal provides an automated, audited workflow that streamlines the entire licensing and ordering process. It enables contractors, partners and internal staff to access data on a self-service basis, and allows authorities to manage their data distribution through a real-time console.
Contractor Portal is powered by FME, the market leading spatial data transformation software, from Safe Software. This is integrated with Dotted Eyes' leading mapping interface to provide an intuitive user experience. Contractor Portal is available as a hosted or installed solution, and a flexible licensing model enables costs to be charged back to the end user, if required.
