The Extended Capability Programme offers an extra pair of hands when you need them most, allowing you to upskill your team to deal with short term demands and/or loss of internal resource. Use our experienced consultants to keep projects on track. Consultants can be either on or off site. The commitment is just 5 days per annum, and these days are valid for a full 12 months. For a limited period only, any public sector customer can, when purchasing at least one standard package of 5 days, choose to take additional packages which are valid for 36 months - enabling them to ensure they have resource to draw down in future years and protecting against budget or internal resource cuts.
