AddressView OSNI, derived from the OSNI Pointer database, is the most complete authoritative database of Northern Ireland addresses. Pointer is a comprehensive and standardised address database that holds address information for every property in Northern Ireland.

AddressView OSNI technical information
A workspace (for use in MapInfo Professional GIS) or project file (for use in ESRI ArcView/GIS) opens all the layers and sets zoom layer thresholds that determine when the layers are visible.
Suitable for scales on screen in the range 1:10,000 to 1:100. The location of points is accurate to within 1m.
The Irish Transverse Mercator Grid co-ordinate system is used.
The storage space required is about 700MB for full NI coverage in MapInfo TAB format.
Main formats available: MapInfo TAB, ESRI SHP, AutoCAD DXF, Illustrator EPS and others.
AddressView OSNI is licensed for internal business use by a specified number of users and includes hard copy prints. Publishing on the Internet may require the next multi-user pricing band.
After the first year there is an annual charge equal to the initial price, including one update per year.
